Thermostorm is an action gaming game where you are a secret agent. The gaming action takes place in an abandoned mine the "the opposition" has taken over. In this gaming game you use your computer's arrow keys for movement. The mouse aims your gun and you click the mouse to shoot. You are equipped with a jetpack on your back. You can use it to fly and hover. To activate your jetpack press the space bar.

On any given level you collect all the orbs to be able to go on to the next level. Your resources are indicated by three bars.

A purple bar indicates the amount of "slow motion" energy you have. If the purple bar is full, you can use the "e" key to activate slow motion. You use the slow motion mode to defend yourself against multiple enemies.

The second bar indicates how much jetpack fuel you have and the third bar shows how your health is. A circle with a number inside shows how many grenades you have left. You throw grenades by pressing "g". You can change up your weapon by pressing the "shift" key. Here are a few tips to help you getting through your missions and collect the orbs.

You have to get upgrades by mining gold and buying upgrades between missions. If you see a section that links up to another series of caves, you should blow that section up.

To throw grenades harder, move your mouse farther away from the jetpack guy and press "g" to fire the grenades.

Use short burst shots with your machine gun to avoid spraying and missing your target.

If you use a car, use the "a" key for acceleration and the "d" key for braking (deceleration).

You can use your jetpack to soften falls and keep you from hurting yourself.

You can use your long range rifle to kill enemies far away or you can use it just to look.

Rocket Propelled Grenades only detonate when they hit solid ground. They are best for killing multiple enemies at once or clearing new paths.
